At Ausolphia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your silk scarf purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within a certain timeframe and under specific conditions. 1. Returns Conditions

Timeframe: You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Custom Items: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

2. Return Process

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@ausolphia.com with your order number and reason for return.

Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item(s).

 

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or the item is defective.

Please ensure that the items are securely packaged for return shipping to prevent damage during transit.

 

4. Refund or Exchange

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 business days.

 

Exchanges

1. Exchange Process

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact our customer service team to request a replacement or exchange. We will be happy to assist you with initiating the exchange process.

If your order has already been shipped, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
