1. How To Cancel Your Order
Please know that orders can only be canceled and refunded before shipping. Orders that have already shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
To cancel your order, please write to us at service@ausolphia.com with your order number and the name of the item you ordered. Once we've received your email, we will cancel your order and you will receive an email notification confirming the cancellation.
2. Receiving your refund
Refunds will be reimbursed to the same account you used to order. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately, and credit cards may take up to 5-10 business days to process. Once an order has been canceled, it cannot be undone. If you change your mind and would like the canceled item, you must repurchase it.
